our APPROACH
Sound Sanctuary experiences are built on the ancient wisdom of several lineages and a modern understanding of how sound affects the mind and body. This journey can bring a new level of harmony within yourself and a greater capacity for life. The instruments used in this journey have been used by spiritual and shamanic communities for thousands of years to help us tune in. We call this practice sound meditation because, much like a mantra-based meditation, we encourage you to be an active participant and follow the sound as your single point of focus. From this space, we are able to disconnect from physical, mental, emotional, and habitual thought patterns to make room for new ways of being and meaningful transformation from the inside out.
