A JOURNEY WITH SOUND
ILLUMINATE is a sound meditation ceremony to go inward, illuminate blindspots and get more attuned with sound that can hold it all. This is a psychedelic journey to guide you into the deeper layers of yourself so you can feel, heal and reveal.
OUR CEREMONY
An experience where science, art and spirituality come together.
ILLUMINATE is a multidisciplinary and shamanically informed experience. This is built on the ancient wisdom of several modalities and a modern understanding of how sound affects the mind and body. The journey includes breath work and vocal toning that can help you settle and center yourself into the experience. We recommend laying down in the restorative yoga pose known as shavasana for the most in-depth experience along with an eye mask on to get more from the sound. We approach this as a sound meditation because listening deeply to overtone rich instruments like the gong can help us move beyond physical, mental, emotional, and habitual patterns to make room for new ways of being and real transformation from the inside out. Our experience includes a prep call, light vegetarian food and an optional overnight stay after as well as a group integration call the following week.

The Prep Call
Our time together starts before we meet up in the space. We’ll have an opportunity to get on a call to connect and go over how to best prepare.
The Ceremony
This ceremony is limited to 8 people so that this can be as potent and intimate as possible. We curate the group and design for community.
The Integration Call
As you return to your day-to-day, our 1:1 integration call can support you to connect the dots and implement what you got from this.

Part of your intake process will include filling out a form so that we can make sure this is a good fit. Please know that we maintain confidentiality and we follow up as soon as possible.
CONTRIBUTION
ILLUMINATE was usually priced at €850 but because we’re committed to making this inner work more accessible— we now offer it on a sliding scale between €555 and €888.
We ask that those who have the means contribute more so that those who don’t have the means can have access to this experience and we can make this work more sustainable and inclusive.
If you’re an entrepreneur, this something you can write off as a business expense because it is “personal and professional development” and goes through our holding company The Creator Incubator along with an invoice if you want.

Meet Your Guide
Quddus is a shamanic guide, creative director and multi-instrumentalist who also trains practitioners through Sound Sanctuary Academy and a storytelling program called The Creator Incubator. Before this path, he built a career in music and media, starting as a campus radio DJ and going on to host MTV’s Total Request Live, where TIME named him “one of pop culture’s foremost tastemakers”. After leaving MTV, he worked as a creative director at Myspace, he was inspired to do a leadership training and then launched The Creator Incubator to help others amplify their own projects. A divorce and a reckoning with success deepened his path. Sound became the way back to himself. Years of study with master teachers in sound and the shamanic arts turned that personal breakdown into a path of service, and today he guides others through the same kind of journey.
