A JOURNEY WITH SOUND FOR DEEPER INSIGHTS
ILLUMINATE is a 1-day all-inclusive retreat for a curated group featuring one sound and psilocybin ceremony and an optional overnight stay afterwards. This will be an opportunity to go inward, illuminate blindspots and get more attuned alongside an amazing community and a space with sound that can hold it all. This is a psychedelic journey to guide you into the deeper layers of yourself so you can feel, heal and reveal.
OUR CEREMONY
Welcome to an experience where science, art and spirituality come together.
We approach our ceremonies in a holistic, multidisciplinary and shamanically informed way. This is a practice built on the ancient wisdom of several modalities and a modern understanding of how sound affects the mind and body. The journey includes breath work and vocal toning that can help you settle and center yourself into the experience. We recommend laying down in the restorative yoga pose known as shavasana for the most in-depth experience along with an eye mask on to get more from the sound. We approach our ceremonies as sound meditations because we’ve found that listening deeply to overtone rich instruments like the gong makes the most of the psychedelic state. Our experience includes a prep call the week before, light vegetarian food and an overnight stay after the sound ceremony as well as a group integration call the following week to make sure we all land the plane.
Our 3 Part Program
The Preparation Call
Our time together starts before we meet up at the space. We’ll have an opportunity to get on Zoom to connect, share intentions and go over what you need to prepare.
The Ceremony Day
The experience starts with sharing what can help you get the most out of the journey. Our sound ceremony will start in the afternoon and goes throughout the evening.
The Integration Call
As you return to your day-to-day, the real work starts and our integration call can support you to connect more dots and implement what you got from our journey together.

Part of your intake process will include filling out a form so that we can make sure this is a good fit for you. Please know that we do maintain confidentiality and we always aim to follow up within 24 hours so you can expect that soon.
CONTRIBUTION
This was usually priced at €750 but because we’re committed to making this inner work more accessible— we now offer it at a sliding scale between €500 and €950. We ask that those who do have the means contribute more so that those who don’t have the means can have access to this experience and we can make this work more sustainable and inclusive.
THE MYCELIUM
We work with premium psilocybin and provide a standard macrodose with the option of more based on our individual consultation with you. Meet Your Guide
Quddus is a shamanic guide, creative director and multi-instrumentalist who also trains practitioners through Sound Sanctuary Academy and a storytelling program called The Creator Incubator. Before this path, he built a career in music and media, starting as a campus radio DJ and going on to host MTV’s Total Request Live, where TIME named him “one of pop culture’s foremost tastemakers”. After leaving MTV, he worked as a creative director at Myspace, he was inspired to do a leadership training and then launched The Creator Incubator to help others amplify their own projects. A divorce and a reckoning with success deepened his path. Sound became the way back to himself. Years of study with master teachers in sound and the shamanic arts turned that personal breakdown into a path of service, and today he guides others through the same kind of journey.
