ONE DAY FOR REAL TRANSFORMATION
ILLUMINATE is a one day psychedelic retreat hosted in the heart of Amsterdam for those who want to go beyond their patterns and experience a bigger possibility for their lives.
Our time together will start before we meet up in person. Ahead of our one day retreat, we’ll have a Zoom call to connect, share intentions, and go over what you need to prepare. You’re welcome to invite up to 4 other people to join you on the journey and if you want to do it with a bigger group we can arrange for a bigger venue just outside of Amsterdam.
When you arrive — you will be lovingly invited to turn in your phone. This isn’t about disconnecting from the world; it’s about reconnecting with yourself. And don’t worry — we’ll capture a few select moments so you’ll have a few photos.
The first part of our day is dedicated to landing and grounding into the moment. After going on a brief walk, we’ll do some gentle Tai Chi inspired movement to prime the system and clear out anything you don’t want to join you in the journey.
Once we’ve settled into the space, we’ll have an orientation talk to prep for the journey. After the talk, we’ll open sacred space and enter into the journey with premium psilocybin truffles.
OUR CEREMONY
You deserve the very best when doing this kind of sacred work so we have 22 live instruments like the gong and singing bowls from Tibet to guide you into the deeper layers of yourself.
We approach ceremony in a holistic and multidisciplinary way so our ceremony starts with breath work and vocal toning that can help you to settle and center yourself into the experience.
We recommend laying down in Shavasana with an eye mask on to go deeper into own process and we’ll provide everything you’ll need to feel comfortable.
We complete the evening with a sharing circle and vegetarian food. If you’re still “in flight” you’re welcome to stay in your own experience or share about your journey. You’re welcome to end the night in whatever way feels good and you’ll have a comfortable bed to rest in overnight.
The morning after includes a more in depth integration circle and a heroes breakfast before we part ways and head back into our lives.
The journey doesn’t end there though. Because real transformation unfolds over time and proper integration of your journey is important to make the most of your journey so there will be a call two weeks after the ceremony to follow up and make sure you “land the plane”.

CONTRIBUTION
Because we’re committed to making this work as accessible as possible. We offer this experience at a sliding scale contribution between €850 and €2950. Your contribution determines the experience level of the practitioner you get.
LOCATION
We gather in a private home in the heart of Amsterdam, walking distance to the beauty of Oosterpark and the Artis so we recommend having a moment with nature before and after your journey.
