ONE DAY FOR REAL TRANSFORMATION
ILLUMINATE is a one day psychedelic retreat hosted 30 minutes outside of Amsterdam for those who want to go beyond their patterns and experience a bigger possibility for their lives.
Our time together will start before we meet up in person. Ahead of our one day retreat, we’ll have an optional Zoom call to connect as a group, share intentions, and go over what you need to prepare.
When you arrive at the retreat — the team will lovingly invite you to turn in your phone. This isn’t about disconnecting from the world; it’s about reconnecting with yourself. And don’t worry — we’ll capture a few select moments so you’ll have a few photos to look back on.
The first part of our day is dedicated to landing, grounding, and weaving into the community. After going on a nature walk, we’ll do some gentle Tai Chi inspired movement and you’ll have the option of enjoying some time in the sauna to sweat out anything you don’t want to join you in the journey.
Once we’ve settled into the space, we’ll gather in the ceremony space for an orientation talk to prepare for the journey. After the talk, we’ll take a brief break for any one-on-one consultations before diving into ceremony with the psilocybin truffles we call Los Niños Santos (The Holy Children).
OUR CEREMONY
You deserve the very best when doing this kind of sacred work so we have 22 live instruments like the gong and singing bowls from Tibet to guide you into the deeper layers of yourself.
We approach ceremony in a holistic and multidisciplinary way so our ceremony starts with breath work and vocal toning that can help you to settle and center yourself into the experience.
This will be an intimate and curated group guided by our lead psychedelic guide Quddus. We recommend laying down in Shavasana with an eye mask on to go deeper into own process and we’ll provide everything you’ll need to feel comfortable.
We complete the evening with a sharing circle and vegetarian food. If you’re still “in flight” you’re welcome to stay in your own experience or join the group as we “land the plane”. You’re welcome to end the night in whatever way feels good and you’ll have a comfortable bed to rest in overnight.
The morning after includes a more in depth integration circle and a heroes breakfast before we leave the retreat and head back into our lives.
The journey doesn’t end there though. Because real transformation unfolds over time and you’ll be welcome to join a post retreat integration call to make the most of your journey.

Preferred rooms will be given based on the level of contribution and payment plans are available. Please note because there are limited spots and payment is non-refundable. Those who choose to contribute €600 or more will also receive a private 1:1 integration session with Quddus after our time together.
LOCATION
We gather in a spacious private home 30 minutes from Amsterdam where the pace slows and the land invites you inward. We’ll be walking distance to a beautiful pond where we can connect with nature and the backyard includes a sauna as well.
ABOUT YOUR GUIDE
Quddus Philippe is a sound facilitator, shamanic guide and the founder of Sound Sanctuary. Known for his grounded presence and transformational approach, he is a multi-instrumentalist who leads individuals and groups with sound and ceremony around the world.
Before devoting his life to this work, Quddus built a successful career in music and media — from his start as a campus radio DJ to becoming the host of MTV’s Total Request Live, where TIME Magazine named him “one of pop culture’s foremost tastemakers.” After leaving MTV and serving as a creative director at Myspace, he was inspired to launch The Creator Incubator.
His path shifted after a painful divorce and a deeper reckoning with success. Sound and psychedelics became the doorway back to himself. Through years of study with master teachers in sound and the shamanic arts, Quddus transformed his personal breakdown into a path of deeper service. Today, he guides others through immersive journeys that awaken clarity and a higher calling.
